Transfer & 成人迎新-春季/夏季学期

欢迎来到南向方向! 你来这里是因为你是一名本科生 who is:

  • transferring from another institution to complete your degree,
  • 年龄在23岁或以上，尚未上过大学，或
  • 寻求第二个学士学位.

Please note:

  • Transfer or second bachelor's students admitted to the professional component of nursing and graduate students will receive a specialized orientation through their departments, 这是学院要求的.
  • Nursing students are also encouraged to attend Southbound Orientation to prepare for 他们向大学的过渡. 部门简介会包括 limited university information and focuses on the nursing program, while Southbound Orientation introduces students to the university community and resources.
  • Transient and non-degree seeking students are not required to attend orientation, but can opt to do so.
  • 一年级新生应该注册一个 Freshman Orientation session.

In an effort to prepare all of our new Jaguars for their transition to South, we host multiple orientation sessions and new undergraduate students are required to attend one. Spaces for each session will fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register 尽快确保您的首选会话.

2024年夏季奥运会的报名将于春季开始.

  • Log in to your admissions account with the same credentials that you used when you submitted 你的网上入学申请.
  • After you have viewed your admissions status in the portal, click the "Register for “定向”链接报名.
  • Complete the orientation registration form and submit with payment. 

There is an orientation fee, which is a university fee that cannot be waived and is 报到时需要. 您的注册未被确认 until payment is made. 如果你的迎新计划改变了，你选择取消你的 registration, please contact our office directly to provide notification of the change. For refund consideration, a written notice of cancellation and refund request must 在各自的截止日期前收到. 2024年5月1日以后将不予退款 给即将入学的暑期学生. 

Dates for our regular Summer 2024 virtual orientation sessions are as follows:

  • April 11, 2024

    • Summer I, Summer II, and full summer term students may register for this session.
  • May 28, 2024
    • Summer I, II, and full term students may register for this session.
  • June 24, 2024

  •  Log in to JagSPOT at sportsxinc.com/scholarships to:

  • Transfer students who wish to live on campus can complete a housing application at the USA housing portal. See sportsxinc.com/departments/housing for more details.
  • Register for Southbound, your 新生迎新, and pay the fee in your admissions portal. Visit sportsxinc.com/orientation for more information.

  • Submit immunization information and records through the Student Health Web Portal at sportsxinc.com/departments/studenthealth/immunization.html.
    Please contact the Student Health Center at (251) 460-7151, if you need assistance.
  • Request final official transcript(s) be submitted to South if you have not yet done so.
  • Meet with your academic advisor to register for courses in PAWS. Your advisor will contact you for an appointment after you register for orientation. Some students may 被要求参加分班考试.
