Master Calendar Event Request

Please use this form to submit information about a University sponsored event that is being hosted off campus for consideration. Before you submit the form, please review 以下资料: 

• You are highly encouraged to submit your Events Calendar request as soon as possible.
• The Office of 特别活动 reserves the right to edit or modify your event description.
• If you have an image that you would like featured with your event, please submit it 以JPEG或PNG格式 eventscalendar@sportsxinc.com. Before emailing any photo or image, it is your responsibility to obtain proper usage rights or check to make sure you have permission from the owner to use the item.
• Please allow up to one week/seven business days for your request to be reviewed and 上传到日历. Submission of this form does not guarantee that your event will appear on the Events Calendar.
